I am the pastor of a local church in Las Vegas where one of my parishioners asked me to assist him in seeking legal assistance for looking into and if appropriate filing for bankruptcy. As a result, I have sent many emails to Mr. Severino conveying those questions and I have consistently received responses from Mr. Severino within 24 hours. There was a time when I was becoming frustrated with the delays or lack of responsiveness from paralegals and every time I would email Mr. Severino he would always bring satisfactory resolution, again within 24 hours. Later on, I understood that there were several turn overs of paralegals causing the delay in their responses.

The petition process has been completed and the plan has been confirmed, thanks to Mr. Severino's diligent efforts, with results way beyond my expectations. I hold Mr. Severino at the highest esteem.

Please understand that this is an unsolicited email. I contacted Mr. Severino, informed him of my intent to write a letter of commendation and asked him for email addresses of executives at the corporate headquarters and he reluctantly shared your email addresses with me.
